A: We maintain a standard golf dress code to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. We require that clothes are untattered. Denim, sleeveless shirts, cowboy boots (or shoes with a heel), and metal spikes are not permitted on the course.
A: Yes, we have a full set of modern, high-quality rental clubs available for men, women, and left-handed players. We recommend reserving clubs in advance when you book your tee time, especially on busy days, as they are offered on a first come, first serve basis.
A: Absolutely. Ashwood is a premier public-access golf course. We welcome both local golfers and visitors from out of town. You do not need to be a member to enjoy a round on our championship layout.
A: To ensure an enjoyable pace for all players, we expect a round at Ashwood to be completed in approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes. We appreciate our golfers being mindful of pace and ready to play when it’s their turn.
A: Our greens are meticulously maintained Bentgrass and Poa Annua, providing a smooth and true roll. The fairways and tees are a lush, Rye Grass and Fescue blend, ensuring ideal playing conditions throughout our primary seasons.
A: Yes, we have a complete practice facility for our guests. This includes a full-length driving range, a large putting green to work on your stroke, and a dedicated chipping area with a practice bunker.

A: We understand that plans change. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel a tee time without penalty. Please call the pro shop as soon as possible to cancel or modify your reservation.
A: Our green fees include the use of a shared riding cart, which is part of our standard rate. Walking is permitted, however, we do not offer a discount for walking rounds.
A: After your round, we invite you to relax at The Ashwood Grill, our full-service restaurant and bar located in the clubhouse. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a meal and a drink with great views of the driving range.
A: Coolers are subject to inspection. We offer beverage cart services Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as a restaurant everyday for our guests to purchase food and beverage products. Guests are welcome to buy products and stock them in their own coolers or coolers offered at the golf course.
Weather checks are issued at the sole discretion of Ashwood Golf Course. If the golf course is deemed unplayable or closed for the day, the group will not be responsible for the day’s fees. Deposits may be refundable based on conditions. We encourage you to call ahead if the weather is in question to you. If food and beverage accommodations are prearranged, it is often difficult to reschedule or cancel the day’s events. Every effort will be made to reach a fair agreement between Ashwood Golf Course and your group outing.
