How Do Points Work?

$1 Spent = 1 Point Earned

For every $1 spent on green fees and driving range purchases, Ashwood Rewards members earn 1 point (example: spend $35, earn 35 pts). Those points can then be redeemed towards free rounds golf or driving range buckets! Ashwood Rewards is a loyalty program for golfers who play at Ashwood Golf Course in Apple Valley. Members earn points every time they check in for a round or purchase a bucket of balls at the range. Point can then be redeemed for free tee times and range buckets. It’s that easy!

Joining is easy. Simply visit the Golf Shop at Ashwood Golf Course and a member of our staff will be happy to help get your account started. New members are $99 for the year, and our Sun City residents it’s only $49 for the year. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll start earning points right away. Your membership is active for a full 12 months from when it’s activated. If you activate your membership in March, your membership will be good until the following March.

You earn points every time you check in for a round of golf or buy a bucket of range balls at the range. The more you play, the more you can earn! Score even bigger with double or triple points promotions during select times of the year.

You can redeem points for free tee times and driving range buckets at Ashwood Golf Course! It’s our way of saying thank you for being a loyal golfer.

A member of our staff will email you when your membership is going to expire, or we will give you a heads-up the next time you visit us in the Golf Shop. If you can’t remember the date and would like to add a note to your calendar, our staff members can provide you with the exact date of renewal for your account.

Members can check how many points they have accrued by asking a staff member or by checking the bottom of their receipt after a transaction.

No, your Rewards Points do not expire. This is one of the best features of the Ashwood Rewards Program! If your membership expires, the system will hold your rewards points until you are able to renew. However, rewards points can only be used when your membership is active and in good standing.

At this time, points must be redeemed in person at the course. Just check in at the pro shop, and our team will apply your rewards points to your tee time or bucket. Members however, are able to book their discounted tee times online here.

Yes! Anyone who plays at Ashwood Golf Course can join. Whether you’re a local resident or a frequent visitor, the program is open to all.

The Ashwood Rewards Program is an individual program and discounts are for Rewards Members only. Discounts cannot be used towards family or friends. If you would like to play a round with non-rewards members, they will need to book a public tee time which can be found HERE.
