Practice Facility
The Practice facility at Ashwood is the premier practice facility in the High Desert. With over 30 stations and the areas only all grass hitting area, there is no need to practice anywhere but here. Conveniently located in close proximity to the clubhouse are two large putting greens, and a practice bunker/chipping area.
Golf Instruction
Golf instruction is provided at Ashwood Golf Course by PGA Professionals. Our expert teaching professionals will shave strokes off your game, and make your next round more enjoyable and memorable! We offer private and group instruction, video swing analysis, and coming soon "Fairway to Fitness"
In addition to learning the game from our Golf Professional, we will teach you all the “ins & outs” of the crazy game of golf – including:
- Golf Terminology and Lingo
- Proper golf attire, equipment, shoes and accessories
- Golf course maintenance (how to fix divots & ball marks)
- Where to Tee It Up
- where to drive the Golf Cart
- How to make a Tee Time,
- Tend the flag & Mark Your Ball
- How to keep Score
This game is about Excitement, Fun – and building better relationships is what we strive to do at Ashwood Golf Course. Beginning with the relationship that we have with our Members, Guests and the Community. Throughout our daily operations, we will seek to provide an experience for our Members and Guests that is unique yet shines a light on the better golf experience you can have right here at Ashwood Golf Course.
